How it works
Navigate to the App
Navigate to the Apps-> SkillsHawk from the top navigation in the Dashboard or Directly from the left navigation bar.
It will open the search page.
Searching Skills
Type the skills in the space provided. If you wish to search for multiple skills please separate each with commas. The result will show the list of employees who have at least one of the skills searched within the organization. Please note that, the skills are tracked only when the tasks within the projects are completed.
What You See
After searching for a skill(s) in SkillsHawk, you will be able to view overall/current projects and tasks history along with specific details of the demonstrated skills by an employee. You can further filter the search results to customize your view
